As someone with perfectly capable hands I find the new SKY Q remotes about as easily to handle as a live squid in baby oil, but if you have a disability or accessibility issues that make handling the remote even harder than those who do not, well first off you have my sympathies but you can claim one for free by contacting Sky..
They will in my experience just send you one after some basic info..
I would ask no one abuses this as it may then stop genuine people from easily obtaining one.
For the record I am not sure if you can buy these, haven’t found anywhere selling them.
They are the new SKY Q layout but in the older traditional Sky Remote design with a rubber easy grip battery cover. extremely solid and well build you wont drop this remote by accident.
Sky customers* who need it can request a Sky Q accessible remote control free of charge by calling our accessibility team directly on 0344 241 0333 from the UK, and 0818 71 98 09 from the Republic of Ireland. The Sky Q accessible remote control comes with batteries and instructions included.
